We are based in the East Rand. But we can arrange a courier service if necessary at an Extra cost. This will be added to your final bill.

How do I order?
Via email, or telephonic orders only, as measurements need to be discussed.
When do I receive my product?
Our hats are custom hand made items and we ask for a production period of between 7 and 15 working days. The estimated time will be given to you when placing your order.
Do you charge delivery costs?
We do charge an additional delivery fee, depending on the area you reside at, this will also be discussed when ordering your item.
Do you provide International delivery?
International delivery can be arranged at extra costs.
What is your returns policy?
We do have a strict no-returns and no-refund policy. But we will always strive to deliver your product in mint condition as seen on this site.
